Elena has more than 15 years of experience in senior management of corporate communications in Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union. She is a senior consultant to leading local companies, governmental organizations and multinational corporations from a wide range of industries, including consumer goods and services, technology, healthcare and heavy industry.
Elena founded Vanguard PR in Moscow in 1993 and has grown it into one of the top firms. Today, she leads a joint venture with Fleishman-Hillard (Omnicom Group Inc.) and develops Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard hub in the CIS countries.
Elena is Chairwoman of the Russian Communication Consultancies Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Russian Public Relations Organization, a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Public Relations Award Silver Archer and a member of the Strategic Council of the International Association of Business Communicators in Russia. She is also a participant of the International Public Relations Association and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Elena studied international communications, business management and law in Kingston University (UK), Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western University (USA) and Academy of National Economy (Russia).
